Shoulder of Lamb is a good alternative to the Leg of Lamb offering succulent and tender meat at a fraction of the price. Supplied whole or boned and rolled (offering easier carving being off the bone) which still retains flavours experienced by cooking the joint on the bone.
A large joint, the Shoulder of Lamb is priced by the kilogram. Being master butchers we are more than happy, upon request, to craft the joint to your individual requirements.
The Sheep Flock
Sourced from our flock of North Country Mules and traditional Suffolk cross ewes also Rare Breed Ryeland ewes which are crossed with superior pedigree Suffolk , Texel and Ryeland Rams to produce quality healthy lambs, all of our sheep graze pastures within Great Barford and neighbouring parishes throughout the year. Vaccinations and routine worming of the lambs are kept to bare minimum, thus enabling us to offer you, our valued customer, totally natural and fully traceable meat.
