A Turkey Crown is a turkey that has had its legs carefully removed by our Master Butchers, leaving the white breast meat in place on the carcass, still giving the appearance of a complete bird when being carved, standing up on it’s wing bones.

Our turkeys are dry plucked and hand finished before being hung under chilled conditions for maturity. This enhances the flavour of the meat so the turkey will be beautifully moist and full of flavour when cooked and served on your plate.
