All our chickens come boxed with giblets, cooking instructions and pop-up timer.
Whole Large Roasting Chicken
Originally known as the traditional Cockerel or Capon, our Chickens are much larger than the everyday common Chicken.
Naturally reared from day old chicks on our family farm our Chickens are very slowly grown, using no growth promoters in their production. They are normally sixteen weeks of age when processing begins, as opposed to the more common family supermarket Chicken which is processed roughly at eight weeks of age.
